POSITION DESCRIPTION

Imprezzio Global is offering a long term Project Manager position for one of its main products. The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize project phases according to deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and 3rd party consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also oversee quality control throughout the project’s life cycle. In fulfilling professional duties, the Project Manager will follow Imprezzio Global’s internal Methodology.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Experience and Qualifications required:

• In depth understanding of software development life cycle
• Technical background
• 2+ years’ experience in IT project management and team coordination
• Excellent English skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

The following skills are considered an advantage

• Strong familiarity with project management softwares, such as Microsoft Project
• University degree in the field of IT or Management
• Experience in parking systems’ industry

RESPONSABILITIES

• Coordinating and managing project development from beginning to end.
• Planning of project phases and resource allocation
• Organizing and supervision of project team in order to achieve the expected outcome
• Maintaining communication with USA and European customers
• Creation and maintenance of requirements documents
• Maintaining project progress reports and presenting them to the management committee
• Monitoring work performance according to project plans
• Tracking project milestones and deliverables
• Drafting and submitting budget proposals, and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary
