Last week the 3rd and last module of the “Take the Lead” leadership program was completed. During the training sessions, team leaders learned team development techniques and practiced performance management techniques in order to drive action at individual level. The leadership development program included hands-on simulations and exercises. At the end of the program, the 12 participants were eager to put into practice what they have learned and to put energy into becoming better leaders for their teams.
